Sandro's life and plans with music

Sandro was born on 22nd of February 1999, in Georgia, Tbilisi, in a lovely neighborhood called Isani. Here he spent his childhood with very interesting people, sons of lecturers of multiple languages, mathematicians, artists, etc. His family members also were mostly lecturers and musicians. His aunt, Lela Tsurtsumia, is a very famous singer in Georgia, who’s star-like lifestyle affected Sandro since childhood. At a very young age he started speaking English, Russian and German alongside with playing the piano. At the age of 18 he began studying English philology in Tbilisi State University but soon ventured out with his friends for journey all around Georgia, during which he visited many regions of the country and got to know many people. At this time, he was deeply interested into philosophy and spent almost all of his time diving into his mind and exploring the depths about the meaning of life and other existential mysteries. After finishing the “journey” he returned home a completely different person. In this period of his life he changed his perception of the world and created his logo.

After two years of studying at the University he understood that creating music was his passion and wrote his first electronic musical piece “Matilda”. Afterwards, he continued composing and changed his educational path and went to study to Tbilisi State Conservatoire, where he met many great Georgian musicians and started performing with them. Initially he was a member of a Georgian band “Pitter J” for year and a half as a piano-man and a composer, and after the separation he began DJing and collaborating with former band’s lead singer and the winner of “Voice of Georgia” - Magda Ivanishvili. Sandro also started working with his aunt on several music remixes (“Tsitsinatela” on 11th of February, 2021)

In October of 2021 he went to deepen his knowledge in Rome, Italy, in Saint Louis College of Music, studying Electronic music composition. During this time, he changed genre and started creating techno music. In Rome he created his first techno piece called “T Rome”.

His music is unique in a way. It is filled with live sounds mostly recorded in different environments, he often records voices of lectures from different countries and soaks them into melancholic sounds. Listening and dancing to Sandro’s music drifts you through clouds and makes you wonder about the deepest pleasant memories in your mind. By the time music is finished you don’t even realize you were daydreaming all along the whole song.

Sandro is also an Active English lecturer and has his own classes alongside with an acting career. In the future he is planning to travel more around the world to get to know as many professionals as possible and improve himself in every possible way. By the reason to attract more people to listen to his music he is mainly performing in Tbilisi and Rome. Until then you can listen to his performances online.
